FrameSweep Privacy Policy
FrameSweepはアプリ用アカウントを必要としません。基本機能はMac上で動作します。AI機能は任意で、Cloudflare Workers AIを選んだ場合だけ、確認後に必要なデータを外部送信します。
FrameSweep does not require an app account. Core workflows run on your Mac. AI features are optional, and Cloudflare Workers AI sends data externally only after confirmation.
概要
FrameSweepは、Mac上で動画と画像を整理・変換するローカル優先のアプリです。アプリ用アカウントは不要です。FrameSweepには広告、第三者分析、開発者が運用するトラッキングは含まれていません。
メディアファイル
ユーザーの動画・画像ファイルはMac上に残ります。FrameSweepは、ユーザーが選択したローカルファイルのプレビュー、整理、比較、変換、レビューを行います。通常のプレビュー、仕分け、重複確認、動画変換、画像変換、ゴミ箱への移動はMac上で実行されます。
AI機能
AI解析は任意機能で、初期状態では無効です。ユーザーが設定画面で接続先を選び、AI解析または意味検索を実行した場合だけ使われます。AI解析は、キャプション、カテゴリ、タグ、整理先候補、圧縮候補、要確認フラグ、ファイル名候補などを作り、検索や整理の補助に使います。
LM Studio / ローカル接続を選んだ場合、FrameSweepはユーザーが指定したOpenAI互換APIへ接続します。通常はユーザーのMac上のローカルAPIです。開発者が運用するサーバーへメディアを送信しません。
Cloudflare Workers AIを選んだ場合、AI解析に必要な静止画プレビュー、コンタクトシート、縮小画像、ファイル名、解析プロファイル、カテゴリ候補、検索文、解析済みテキスト、AIプロンプト、AI応答などがCloudflareへ送信されることがあります。Cloudflare送信前には、アプリ内で明示確認を表示します。

ローカルに保存するデータ
FrameSweepは、選択したフォルダを再び開くためのmacOS権限情報、サムネイルとコンタクトシートのキャッシュ、無料枠の利用回数、Pro機能のローカル権利情報、アプリ設定をMac上に保存する場合があります。
AI機能を使う場合、AI解析結果、検索用テキスト、ローカルSQLite全文検索インデックス、Embedding値、モデル名、テキストハッシュ、Cloudflare送信同意の日時と対象URLをMac上に保存することがあります。
生成されたキャッシュとAI解析結果はアプリ設定から削除できます。アプリの設定や権利情報を含むデータは、FrameSweepとmacOS上のアプリコンテナデータを削除することで削除できます。
購入
FrameSweep Proの購入はAppleのApp Store App内課金システムで処理されます。FrameSweepは、Pro機能を有効化するために必要なローカル権利情報のみを保存します。Cloudflare Workers AIでPro権利確認を行う場合、App Store取引IDなど権利確認に必要な情報がFrameSweepのCloudflare Workerへ送信されます。
ネットワーク利用
メディアのプレビュー、整理、重複確認、動画変換、画像変換、整理作業はMac上でローカルに実行されます。FrameSweepはアプリ用アカウントや開発者が運用するクラウドサービスを必要としません。
任意のAI機能では、LM Studioなどのユーザー指定API、またはCloudflare Workers AIへ接続できます。Cloudflare Workers AIの利用はユーザーが選択した場合のみです。本番運用では、解析リクエスト本文をR2へ保存しない設定で運用します。
削除と問い合わせ
AI解析結果はアプリ内で現在のフォルダ単位、または保存済み結果全体として削除できます。キャッシュは設定画面から削除できます。Cloudflare側のPro権利確認データやAIリクエストメタデータについて削除依頼が必要な場合は、下記メールアドレスへ連絡してください。

Summary
FrameSweep is a local-first macOS media sorting and conversion app. No account is required. FrameSweep does not include ads, third-party analytics, or developer-operated tracking.
Media files
Your video and image files stay on your Mac. FrameSweep previews, sorts, compares, converts, and reviews local files selected by you. Core preview, sorting, duplicate review, video conversion, image conversion, and Trash workflows run locally on your Mac.
AI features
AI analysis is optional and disabled by default. It runs only when you choose a provider in Settings and start AI analysis or semantic search. AI analysis can create captions, categories, tags, destination suggestions, compression hints, review flags, and file-name suggestions.
With LM Studio / local, FrameSweep connects to the OpenAI-compatible API endpoint you configure, usually a local API on your Mac. Media is not sent to a developer-operated server.
With Cloudflare Workers AI, FrameSweep may send still-image previews, contact sheets, downscaled image data, file names, analysis profile, destination categories, search queries, analyzed text, prompts, and AI responses to Cloudflare. FrameSweep shows an explicit confirmation before Cloudflare AI data is sent.

Local data stored by the app
FrameSweep may store macOS permission data needed to reopen folders you selected, thumbnail and contact sheet cache files, local free-usage counters, a local FrameSweep Pro entitlement record, and app preferences on your Mac.
When AI features are used, FrameSweep may also store AI analysis results, search text, a local SQLite full-text index, local embedding vectors, model names, text hashes, and the timestamp and endpoint for Cloudflare consent.
You can clear generated cache data from the app settings. You can also remove app settings, entitlement records, and other app data by deleting FrameSweep and its container data from macOS.
Purchases
FrameSweep Pro purchases are handled by Apple's App Store In-App Purchase system. FrameSweep stores only a local entitlement record needed to unlock Pro features in the app. If Cloudflare Workers AI is used for Pro entitlement verification, App Store transaction identifiers needed for verification are sent to the FrameSweep Cloudflare Worker.
Network use
Core media preview, sorting, duplicate review, video conversion, image conversion, and cleanup workflows run locally on your Mac. FrameSweep does not require an app account or developer-hosted cloud service.
Optional AI features can connect to a user-configured API such as LM Studio, or to Cloudflare Workers AI if you choose that provider. Production operation keeps R2 request-body archiving disabled.
Deletion and requests
You can delete AI analysis results for the current folder or all saved AI analysis results inside the app. You can clear caches from Settings. For deletion requests related to Cloudflare-side Pro entitlement records or AI request metadata, contact the email address below.
